Policies & requirements

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

- All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card.

- If you wish to reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment or a 25% late rescheduling fee will be charged to your card

- No call, no shows will be charged for the full service.

SOCIAL MEDIA policy

As a small business, we rely on a stellar portfolio to market our services. Your esthetician may ask to record your service and/or take before and after pictures. You may change your mind at any point before, during or after your treatment and we will delete all images. Opting in will allow your esthetician to photograph and publish your results to our instagram page (@midnight.moss).

• - No responsibility or liability will be accepted for the safety of money and/or valuables of any kind brought into our space by Mosaic Independant Salon + Spa, Sage Beauty LLC, Midnight Moss and/or any individual(s) employed by Sage Beauty LLC and/or Midnight Moss.

• - Sage Beauty LLC, Midnight Moss and/or any individual employed by Sage Beauty LLC and/or Midnight Moss will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our clients.
